At the beginning of winter, I finally took the time to go to the zoo of Munich. I just got my new lens, so I took the occasion to have some fun with it there.
The wolf.

I only came to the zoo because I wanted to photograph the wolf pack. In the end, they ended up being the last animals I came across and my battery ran low. So here’s the only picture of a wolf you’ll see.

The (dirty) polar bear.

The polar bears were only visible behind heavy glasses. Picturing them was quite hard, but the most challenging part was the editing. The absorption, transmission and reflection coefficients of the glass depend on the wavelength of the incident electromagnetic wave. For that reason, pictures taken behind windows are usually greenish and editing is necessary in order to recover more natural colors.
The big guy.

The small guy.
And the farter.
